SUMMARY
This custom 1959 Chevrolet Apache combines classic styling with modern performance in a meticulously crafted Delmo build. Powered by a 525 hp LS3 engine disguised as a vintage 283, it features Delmospeed LS adapters, Holley intake and throttle body, Terminator ECU, and a 3" stainless exhaust with Borla Pro XS mufflers. The drivetrain includes a Hughes 4L80e transmission and Atlas 2-speed billet transfer case, delivering exceptional capability. A Wegner front drive system with AC and power steering ensures smooth operation and comfort.
Built on a Roadstershop RS4 custom chassis with front & rear sway bars and billet arms, it rides on Currie Dana 60 rear and Dana 44 front axles, plus custom 18" billet wheels wrapped in Toyo Open Country tires. Stopping power comes from custom Delmo Baer 13" brakes, a Bosch I-booster system and custom Delmo reservoir.
The body is a 1959 Fleetside shortened to a 7-ft bed, a Delmo signature feature, finished in 1963 Corvette Gold paint by Lewis Millinich. Inside, Fat Lucky’s Prescott crafted a luxurious cabin with vintage factory fabric, white leather, German square weave carpet. The interior is enhanced by Dakota Digital gauges, Vintage Air climate control, and a custom 15” billet steering wheel by Leading Edge Machine. Modern touches include a rearview monitor with backup cam, premium audio with dual 10" subs, and AMP Research power steps.
